Our story
Gimarra means ‘milk’ in Wiradjuri. As a proudly Indigenous-owned dairy, we bring together tradition, quality, and sustainability. Through the Gimarra Foundation, we extend our impact beyond the farm – supporting community initiatives in education, youth empowerment, health and wellbeing. Partnering with consumers, cafés, corporates, and government, we are committed to delivering premium dairy with purpose.
Led by Director Geoffrey Johnson, a proud Wiradjuri man, Gimarra Dairy is proudly Indigenous-owned. Every product reflects our care for people, Country, and community – bringing quality dairy and plant-based options.
